Located minutes to Sunapee Mountain Resort and to Newbury Harbor, this home boasts an indoor stone fireplace and a spacious deck with outdoor grill for your year-round enjoyment -skiing, boating, swimming, hiking and leaf-peeping. Breathe in the fresh air and take advantage of all that the Sunapee Lakes Region has to offer.

This home is a cozy A-Frame, which was built by our father in 1960. The home has modern amenities and is nestled among beautiful scenery. The first floor has a full kitchen, living room with a television and a stone fireplace, and a full bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, each with a television. There is a large deck that surrounds the home on 2 sides.

Sweet Chalet on the Hill

The chalet was a wonderful destination!! Enjoying the mountain views and dragonflies from the deck was a delight in the morning and evening! The kitchen was very well supplied, beds were comfortable and the living room couch was great to relax on! Easy and very comfortable stay!

Quiet, very conveniently located. Only thing non-optimal is single bathroom downstairs from bedrooms. Was surprised no literature on the area was included.

Cozy Home in an Idyllic Area

My husband and I stayed for a short weekend to see a home we may purchase. The rental was perfect for us, with all amenities in good working order, comfortable furniture/bedding, a beautiful view and a great location set around natural and neighborhood amenities. We would definitely suggest this home to anyone looking for a mountain retreat that is still centrally located for activities in the area!
