The condo community may have steps but everything down near Lake of the Ozarks has hills. This condo has a great beautiful view of the very busy lake especially during the Shootout. Very fun to watch.

This property was exactly as pictured and described. Just a few steps out the door to one of the pools and plenty of deck chairs in and out of the sun. You can spend time looking at the lake and watching all the activity, and just a few steps down to the dock and lake. Tom, the host, has thought of everything to stock to make your stay easy with no surprises! The deck is screened in and has a ceiling fan which made sitting outside enjoyable and comfortable - except for the extreme temps we had on our visit. You have an amazing view of the lake and the gorgeous sunsets. This condo is a great destination for a quiet, relaxing trip!

What a perfect couple's getaway place to enjoy Lake of the Ozark! Everything is as described in the listing. Windows along the entire west side make for a lovely view. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and watching and listening to the water. The pool and comfortable seating that overlooks the water is right down the path from the front door. And there was so much wildlife surrounding the area! The deer were especially enjoyable.
