Amenities include A/C, cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, farmhouse kitchen with granite counter tops and large eat in island overlooking a sunken sun room with views of field. An outdoor shower, private yard with mahogany deck and blue stone patio surround the heated in ground pool. Bike to downtown and beach just 1.5 mile away, hike a nearby trail, or just enjoy a swim in the pool, a lawn game, and the serenity of this tucked away location. Parking for two cars in driveway. **Property caretaker living in separate apartment attached to rear North side of home.

Wonderful property with wonderful owners

Our family of four grandparents loved our stay at this property. The location is quiet, yet close to Edgartown. The owners were great to work with and communication was excellent. The pool and gorgeously landscaped yard were perfect! We would stay again without hesitation and highly recommend for a relaxing Vineyard retreat.

After so many years of renting other properties on MV, we finally found the perfect house. Its amenities, location, layout, functionality, outdoor & indoor beauty, and overall charm fit our group's requirements exactly. We also appreciated the owner's quick and helpful responses to our initial questions. I would highly recommend this property to others (reluctantly because it may mean that someone else takes our spot next year!)

Lovely outdoor space/pool, nice location

Our stay was really easy to manage, the house was very clean and equipped with beach towels, and the pool/landscaping was lovely. Our kids really appreciated the pool toys and had a great time. Access to the bike path to Beach Rd, or into Edgartown was really convenient and the Caroline Tuthill Preserve is right across the road.

Beautiful Edgartown property

New, spacious house in a convenient location with a spectacular outdoor area! This house had a lot to offer and was fully stocked with all the essentials. We loved the location, very close to the heart of Edgartown, yet in a totally private serene setting. It was perfect for our family of four. We would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Island Getaway

We had an amazing vacation staying at this beautiful property. The house is in an ideal location in Edgartown and was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It was immaculate inside and out . The landscaping along with a private deck and pool were just perfect . The owners attention to details and availability was just exceptional. We can’t wait to come back next season.

The house was immaculate and very comfortable, providing a beautiful setting to enjoy MVY. The pictures don't do justice to the high quality of the house itself. The house is well outfitted with pool / beach toys, kitchen and grill supplies, and games. Communicating with the hosts was very easy and pleasant, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is awesome for getting to Edgartown, South Beach, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven. Very convenient to grocery stores and other retail. We highly recommend it and hope to find a time to come back to stay there.

Perfection in Edgartown

This was our first time renting a house for our Vineyard vacation, and we could not have had a better experience. This home is perfect--not only beautiful but immaculate, roomy, with all the amenities we could have hoped for. The owners have taken every step to make this a truly special place. Located on the end of a quiet road, the yard is beautifully landscaped and private. The pool and outdoor shower were fun to use on both sunny and rainy days. It is also a quick drive (and walk) to downtown and State Beach. We simply cannot say enough about this home. We've fallen in love with it and can't wait to come back.

Can’t say enough good things about this property. The house was in pristine condition. The lawn and gardens were immaculate. The pool could not have been nicer. The owners were super and responded immediately. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals and this was our family’s favorite. They have all the supplies for a perfect trip including beach chairs/towels, all kitchen necessities comfortable beds/furniture and even the cleanest gas grill we’ve ever seen. The only odd thing about the house is that someone lives in the tiny apartment in the front of the house but there is no interior connection and it was never an issue in any way. We used a separate side entrance as the main entrance. We would recommend this house 100%. It’s a gem that’s close to Edgartown but feels secluded at the same time. Huge thanks to the owners for sharing their oasis with us!!

The best VRBO I've ever rented

The pictures don't even do the house and property justice- this was a gem in Edgartown with a tranquil yard and pool and deck, along with a very comfortable house with all the amenities we needed. Our family spent more time at the house than we planned, because it was so relaxing and comfortable.

Beautiful house and property minutes away from town

We had so much fun at this house. The pool was the center of all our activity and when we had questions or an issue Joanie and her husband were always available. We plan to come back next year!

Wonderful house, location and host!

We had a wonderful stay. Joanie and Tim were super responsive when a few issues came up in our stay. The house is in a great location, and the setting is beautiful and well maintained. The house itself is updated, spacious and comfortable with huge windows, modern fixtures and appliances, and a great pool. Fantastic stay overall. Would go there again.

The perfect getaway!

We had the perfect vacation and best time at this property!The house was sparkly clean and looked exactly like in the pictures, the pool is amazing! Amazing week at wonderful Edgartown home!

We recently returned from a wonderful stay at Joanie’s house on the Vineyard. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The large living space and kitchen made it great for 2 families to gather. We spent a lot of time outdoor by the pool in the late afternoons after returning from the various beaches and enjoyed the lovely outdoor living space and grill. The house is conveniently located to the many beaches and downtown Edgartown. The house was very clean and well maintained and we hope to return again soon. Joanie was extremely helpful quickly responding to any questions we had both before our arrival and during.

Well-appointed vacation home!

Spacious home in perfect condition, exactly as advertised. Owner was easy to work with and the rental, check-in, and check-out process was a breeze. Location is private and quiet, yet Edgartown is just minutes away by foot, bike, or car. Fantastic amenities including a wonderful heated pool in a tranquil, landscaped yard. Beautiful house, perfect idyllic location

The house was beautiful, large spacious interiors and everything we could need during our stay. Set in a peaceful location with a great pool and outside seating areas but only 10 min Uber ride to Edgartown. It exceeded all our expectations.
