This recently renovated apartment has a king size bed in the master with a memory foam mattress and tufted headboard. The guest room is set up the same way with a full bed. The kitchen has been renovated with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker. A washer and a dryer are located in the guest closet.

The tv in the den has cable and internet apps including Netflix, Amazon and Watch ESPN.
There's free wifi for your convenience. I provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hair dryer, toilet paper, and enough laundry and dish washing detergent to run a coupe of loads.

This was a nice cosy place to stay. The host was very attentive and was easily reached. My only complaint is there was no driveway to park your car in front of us restaurant has a lot of traffic but other than that very nice place.

Just what we needed!

Great apartment for what we needed. We were in Mobile visiting family and on the go to local beaches, NOLA and Fl. There's a nice vegan food truck and park (with skateboard park) across the street. Everything is nearby - downtown Mobile, museums, food, bars, stores, gas stations. For the location it wasn't very noisy. The owner was very communicative and promptly addressed questions/concerns. We never had any worries. The property is clean and quaint - it was just what we needed. Thank you!

A nice cozy little place, the owner is very responsive. We would stay here again.

We stayed about a month, and even would have extended but was already rented. Owner was always available. We would definitely stay here again in future however we are actually buying a home here. If you want a small cozy place to stay check it out.
