This 2 BR/2 BA condo is located on the quiet end of Siesta key with beautiful direct views of the Gulf and Blind Pass located on the Inter-Coastal Waterway. Sit out on your lanai, listen to the sound of the surf and enjoy watching the boats pass by or, if you prefer, join in on the fun! The local marina offers various boat rentals including kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis. Pull your boat right up to our community dock equipped with cleaning stations. Convenient launch area for paddleboards and kayaks also located on-premise. Walk just a few minutes to beautiful Turtle Beach or enjoy upscale waterfront dining just steps from your condo.

Free local shuttle allows you to explore Siesta Key with its many beaches (Siesta Key Beach ranked #1 in the US), restaurants and shopping areas. Take a short drive off the key and visit the world-famous St. Armands Circle located in Sarasota, known for its sophisticated shopping and dining with over 100 boutiques, specialty shops, galleries, and restaurants. Return just in time to watch spectacular sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of your own lanai.

The condo has 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 twin beds) and 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen (everything you need to bring out the chef in you), living room with queen sleep sofa, 50” HDTV, Bluray player and printer for your business needs. WiFi and cable included. Additional TV located in the master bedroom. A pocket sliding glass door leads out to fully furnished lanai with ceiling fan. Direct views of the ocean and Inter Coastal Waterway as well as a view of heated swimming pool. Stackable wash/dryer located in the unit with additional washing facilities on-premise.

Everything you need to feel at home is provided including toiletries, cleaning supplies, dishes, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum, linens, pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, beach bag. We provide plastic ware for your convenience should you decide to grill outside and enjoy a meal poolside.

Please note the winter high season, January - March, is a minimum three-month rental. All other dates can be rented on a monthly basis.

Clean, comfortable, and best lanai with a view

We enjoyed our first visit to Siesta Key, due mainly to our nice vacation rental. The Inlet is an older property, impeccably maintained, as is the beautiful heated pool, which my husband used every late afternoon. This condo was even better than pictured, as the lanai is nicely furnished with everything for comfort and enjoying the intercoastal below, and a nice view of the Gulf. It faces West, and doesn’t get the sun until late afternoon. We’ve rented condos in Destin area and SeaGrove, both right on the beach. We believe this condo was better because we could watch kayaks, boats, and nature all from the 3rd floor lanai. The King bed extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the nice linens, and all the towels provided, as well as amenities to make us feel it was just our place for 30 days. Nancy was very responsive although we didn’t have any problems during our stay. We appreciated the large capacity washer/dryer. Siesta is a busy, touristy town, but staying on the south end of Midnight Pass was very quiet. We loved walking to Turtle Beach, 2 blocks away, every morning. We like to be on the go, eating out at different new restaurants, but watching the world go by from the lanai helped us relax and enjoy being on a real getaway. Siesta Beach is a short 5 mile drive, best to get there by 10:00 am. Everything for the beach is also provided! We cooked more than we thought we would due to all the cookware and kitchen necessities provided. Thank you Nancy for this remarkable little paradise.

Lovely stay at Turtle Beach

Our time at this condo went by too quickly. We spent most of our time on the peaceful lani, watching the boating activity on inlet and our daily walks to the beach. The unit was well equipped. Best feature was the washer/dryer in house. We will definitely return if possible.

Quiet with beautiful view

The condo was just as described and shown in the photos, except that the view and feeling from the lanai could not really be captured on a photo. The kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking. The living area had the most comfortable chairs for relaxing and TV watching. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in and all of the furniture throughout was beautiful. Most of our time in the apartment was spent on the lanai. We ate all our meals there and just enjoyed the beautiful view of the inlet and Gulf, with the most awesome sunsets. We have stayed many times in the northern part of Siesta Key, but enjoyed the quiet of this location. The owner was so responsive to any need we had. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone.
