The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash cannot be left inside or outside. Please take to trash bins behind townhome. Follow path that runs beside the tennis courts to down hill to trash. Please make sure trash doors are closed.
Please make sure all windows are closed, doors are locked, hot tub cover is on. If use gas fireplace make sure doors are left open and shut off fireplace when not at home.
To protect our home, please remove shoes when inside. Ski boots in rubber mat by door please. No sitting on leather furniture with any wet clothes. No food eating except at table and kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My husband and I moved to Lake Harmony to be near our two adult sons that live in Philadelphia. We wanted to offer them a relaxing place to unwind from the city. We are excited to offer our home for others to visit, unwind and enjoy this beautiful area in the Poconos.

We love this area in the Poconos. Lake Harmony is a hidden gem. The resort offers natural beauty throughout and a gorgeous lake and very nice dining experience with live music.
