Heated Salt Pool & Hot Tub Spa: Enjoy a relaxing soak in the newer salt hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the heated private pool in a screened lanai with plenty of privacy in a large, fenced backyard. There is no extra charge to heat the pool or hot tub.
Firepit with 8 Seats: Gather around the wood burning firepit in the evening for s'mores and stories under the stars.
Games: Have fun with a variety of arcade games, laser tag, pool table/ping pong table, fidget toys, books and board games available for both kids and adults.

The fully equipped, open kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals with a multitude of new appliances. The dining area offers plenty of seating including 8 seats at the dining table and an additional 3 seats at the adjoining island.

Master Suite: New King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and new smart TV.
Bedroom 2: New King-sized bed with new smart TV and shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3: New Twin over Full bunkbed with pullout twin trundle and shared bathroom (3 individual beds in this room) and new smart TV.
The garage game room offers a full pool / ping pong table, foosball table, new bar table and 2 person bar stool seating, new smart TV and a full-size washer and dryer.
Outdoor Amenities:
Step outside to discover your private oasis. The large, fenced back yard and screened lanai features a newer sparkling heated, lit saltwater pool and hot tub with 4 chaise lounge chairs, plush couch/chairs, picnic table, 8 Adirondack chairs, new adjustable smart TV, a wood burning firepit, gas grill and a park style charcoal grill (wood & charcoal available at nearby stores).
Guest access:
Guests have full access to the house, amenities, pool/spa and large fenced in backyard aside from the owners closet and outdoor storage shed.

In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for our area during your stay or within a few days of your scheduled arrival, we will offer flexible options if you desire to leave including rescheduling or a full refund. Please reach out with any concerns—we're here to help and want you to feel confident booking with us.
**Pool & Spa
Pool settings are scheduled and pool circulation is between 7 am - 7 pm daily. This will not interfere with you enjoying the pool and creates a nice cascade from the hot tub into the pool. You cannot heat the pool and spa simultaneously. Pool heat is free but please let me know, prior to your stay if you plan on wanting the pool heated and I will set the pool heat to 86 degrees. Depending on the air temperature it can take 1 day for the pool to reach 86. When air temperatures drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may be affected. We unfortunately cannot guarantee pool temps when this happens but this is pretty uncommon in South Florida. **Guest safety is our first concern. Use caution with the pool/hot tub, grills and fire pit. Do not leave children unattended. Rental & use of the premises and house including the pool/hot tub, fire pit and grills and is at your own risk. ***No 3rd Party Booking is allowed, meaning the person who books and pays must be staying in the house for the length of the stay.

We chose this neighborhood because it is centrally located just 6 miles to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. The neighborhood is also well established and safe with large lots and great neighbors!

This house has a newer, private heated salt pool and hot tub. There is also a large screened in lanai which also covers the pool and hot tub. The backyard is fenced in, large and private. The house is perfect for family vacations because it has an inviting and convenient open concept layout and is centrally located.
