Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off all lights and adjust the thermostat to 78 degrees
Place the pool/clubhouse key on the mirror to the left of the front door. Lock the front door and return the key to the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Please help us respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours.
No fires of any kind are permitted within the Fireplace.

We were in town for a week for Spring Training. The location was centrally located, so it made it very easy to get to all the different stadiums. The complex is gated and felt secure and residents seemed quiet as well. The condo was clean and easy to access. Getting in touch with the owner was easy and she's very responsive. Plus having a covered parking spot was great!

YES and YES Great communication. We didn’t have time to use the pool or common areas. Just in town for a weekend to visit family. Unit was clean and quiet. We are not up on using streaming apps so the tv was hard to negotiate. The one in the bedroom was slow to load.

The master bedroom had dog urine smell that got worse with each day. There was no coffee maker or K-cup maker, just a French press which not everyone likes. Most places offer basic kitchen items like sugar, paper towels, napkins...none of which was here. There were 2.5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults over a 5 day stay, pretty slim especially since you have no facial tissues and are also using the toilet paper as napkins! The secondary bedroom door handle sticks which can be a hazard if you have small children and can't open the door.

I am so sorry for the issues with your stay. Our cleaning team did not notify us of any smell, but I will investigate that right away. I wish you would have let me know if the issues during your stay, and I would have done everything I could to remedy them. Thank you for the feedback, we will use it to improve our property!

What makes the property unique is the quick access to the Phoenix North Mountain Preserve with hiking trails only a five minute drive away. It's location also allows for a quick drive to other parts of the valley with the proximity to the I-17 with being two city blocks away from the freeway.
