Girls trip to Salem and the apartment worked out well. We were able to cook breakfast before we left and had food on hand when we got back from a day to exploring since it had a full furnished kitchen. About a 20 minute walk to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. All in all, good space, good location and responsive host. Parking on site for one car.

Very spacious. Short drive to all attractions. Host was top quality. One minor drawback, if there are children staying in the apartment above, it can get very noisy. If we’re ever in Salem again, this will be our first choice for accommodations.

Great place to stay! We had plenty of room for the 5 of us and it was a very short walk to a coffee shop and a grocery store. It was also a 5-7 minute drive to the Essex Street area. Communication with the host and the check in process were seamless. We’d stay here again.

This was place easy the find. There are about 6 or so steps into the place. It’s on a hill and about a 10 minute walk to many attractions with gas station grocery and so good places closer. It’s an older building and beds are very soft.Air conditioning works great as well as washer and dryer.

A big thank you to Cesar who promptly answered one question I had during our stay! The house is charming, with appropriate Salem-esque accents throughout. A 5 min drive into downtown Salem made for the perfect location. Mornings made easy with a 3 min walk to Starbucks or dunkin. Everything was wonderful and thank you again Cesar

After a long day of flying, we arrived to the house and it had not been cleaned. We had to leave the house while the cleaning crew did their work. The host was efficient in correcting the problem.

This house is conveniently located and somewhat close to downtown Salem (still driving distance) but I feel it was overpriced and in sub par condition especially for the high cost. The caulking in the bathroom was/is old and moldy, the washing machine (clothes) also smelled moldy (I informed the owner/manager but did not receive a response). The bedroom furniture is very cheap and the mattress sounded like they had a plastic bag over it which we understand, but it was uncomfortable as it did not breath and was hot. There also is no shades/drapes on the master bedroom window and a streetlight shines right in illuminating the bed. The blinds in the livingroom were broken and the damage hidden by the drapes. The couch was also extremely uncomfortable. A note on the description, this is a 2br 1bath duplex with people living above, so you can hear their every step. The back patio is also shared, so dont expect a private balcony/backyard. Again, at their "standard" off season rate this would have all been fine, but at 4x it is extremely overpriced and underwhelming. We do understand this was opening weekend for Salems Halloween season, but if you're going to charge that amount make sure you're house is in good condition.

This was an amazing experience, the location was perfect for our trip. We were around so much to do and within 15-20 minute walking distance to downtown Salem and just a 3-5 minute drive. Has parking off the street which was really nice and has coffee shops and breakfast within 5 minute walking distance. It was very clean inside and had the perfect amount of room for 4 of us. Thanks again for having us.

We stayed here for 2 nights in October and loved it! The home was well equipped for 3 people. The location isn’t at the center of town, but does have street parking and is a short walk from Max and Dani’s house in Hocus Pocus and the best bagel shop in town. The owners were very communicative. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and convenient property—perfectly walkable to great local restaurants, bars, breakfast spots, and downtown Salem. The cute spooky theme throughout the home was a fun touch, the fridge has a water dispenser so no need to buy water, the beds were comfortable and the shower and sinks had excellent water pressure and get HOT quick. The host was friendly and welcoming. Truly everything you could ask for in a stay. I’ll definitely book again the next time I’m in Salem.

We had a wonderful time visiting Salem for Halloween! The house was less than a mile from all the festivities, making it an easy and enjoyable walk to everything. It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The keyless entry made check-in and check-out super convenient. The host was fantastic, always accessible and quick to respond to any questions. The house itself was absolutely adorable. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again!
