House for the elderly, children and fishing on the large lake of Privê Mont Serrat, on BR232
Great for seniors as they do not need stairs to reach the bedrooms and the dining room. Great for children as it has a room full of toys, geared only for the leisure of children.
The house has 05 rooms, being 03 suites with air conditioning. All rooms have TV, fan, network and furniture. Sleeps 04 people with slack in the rooms.
We also have a maid's suite that can turn into another bedroom. We have housekeeper and gardener.
3 rooms and a barbecue area. It has Sky in the main room and balcony on the 3rd floor of the first floor. There are 300 m² of built area. We have children's toys in a separate room.
Free parking on the internal street of the condominium, as there are more than 04 km of paved internal streets.
In the condominium has: a large lake for fishing, 02 saunas, a complete playground for children, swimming pools, games and party room, several courts and field, two collective barbecues in different locations, a wood with ducks, and plenty of fruit trees.
