I couldn't have been happier with the property, location, and price point. Even with other guests the place is peaceful and relaxing. Roberta was so communicative through the process. Easy walk to anything you wanted to do.

We loved our stay at the Conch Republic … great location and serene neighborhood. It was quite musty at check-in though cleared up with windows open and fans on (Key West). The pool was a plus. Owner was awesome and we would definitely return.

The cottage is comfortable and clean. The pool is inviting and surrounded by a lovely garden. Roberta is easily reached and responds to any questions quickly. The location is close to many attractions. We rented bikes which made getting around even easier.

If you want a feel for Old Florida, I highly recommend this traditional Key West cottage. We could easily drive or walk anywhere we wanted to go. The semi-private pool was deliciously cool in the midst of steamy oppressive heat in early October. I particularly enjoyed that the pool was shaded in the late afternoon.Ignore the window air conditioner shown in the photo. They have a new split central AC system that worked fabulously! That window unit is now just a backup. The shower also had a nice update. We truly enjoyed our stay here, especially since the owner moved his car (arranged ahead of time) so we could park our small kayak trailer next to our car. Two off street parking spots in Key West is unheard of! We greatly appreciated this. We had to stop staying at Truman Annex because of the close quarters parking.I really wanted to give 5 stars but just couldn't. The patio furniture on our deck was tired and the bed creaked loudly (comfortable but noisy). The single pane crank windows either don't close all the way or allow you to hear every word said by the folks in the pool next door (4 feet away, remember this is Key West). For these reasons along with maintenance issues (although addressed promptly) earned 4 stars.If you want sanitized, modern living, this cottage probably isn't for you. If you want the Old Florida Key West experience, give this a try. There is a reason people keep coming back to Key West! We would stay here again.

Very clean rooms. Laundry right outside in a closet. Nice little pool. We'll kept grounds. Host was very attentive. This cottage is within walking distance to all the Key West sites and restaurants yet very quiet for being only a couple blocks off Duvall Street.
Another day another lunch.

Our host was hospitable and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The pool was great and right outside of the cottage. I would have liked more hangers in the closet as there were only 4 and we were there for over a week. Overall our stay was very nice and we can’t wait to come back to Key West!

Cozy private bungalow with a refreshing pool.

This private bungalow provided a unique refreshing pool we used almost exclusively. It was within walking distance of the places we planned on visiting. The manager made us feel welcome.

Quaint and quiet, yet close to the action

We had a lovely stay. Private pool to unwind after a day of shopping and fun. We rented a scooter that allowed us to explore the island with ease… with no parking fees! Definitely want to return!

Really nice property just as the photos had everything we needed, great surroundings with character the pool area was perfect and well kept a very relaxing and friendly environment . The attached history to the Conch Republic was very interesting and maintained. Communications with Roberta were again very easy and in a timely & friendly manner Easy walk to Duval st and other attractions. All in all a great place to stay and would highly recommend

Adorable Hideaway

Cute and comfortable cottage, private and quiet. Comes with a welcoming Kitty. Having our bicycles made it so easy to get around. Two day stay was too short.
