What an amazing and cozy place to stay. When we walked in we were immediately struck by how clean and well decorated the property was. The kitchen was super well stocked for those wanting to eat in. The host was very responsive and friendly. Our only regret was that we didn’t get to stay more than one day. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Nice Place with great view on front porch. Very clean but dusty dirt roads getting there. Deer roaming property was interesting and fun. The tub/shower was slippery but can easily be improved.

This property was the perfect place. A cozy little cabin in the woods, just minutes from the hot springs, great restaurants and coffee shops. This home comfortably fits 3 people. Lots of extra linens and towels. The kitchen was the most stocked I’ve seen in a while. My husband and I love to cook so this was a huge bonus. You can tell the owners treat this place like it’s their own home. Kristen was very helpful from beginning to the end of his our stay. My husband and I will definitely be back.

This was exactly the kind of escape we needed! It’s close to downtown and the hot springs, which we soaked in after hiking the area. Pagosa’s fall color was stunning while we were there. It was especially nice sitting on the front porch drinking coffee in the morning and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.The bed was comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. We had everything we needed for cooked meals, and it was so great being close to town for restaurants and shopping.If you’re seeking a mountain getaway close to hot springs, surrounded by nature, and free from the noise and rush of everyday life, this is a gem. We can’t wait to return!
