Great location! The collection of plants in the kitchen and the corner of the living room helped to give a very comfortable vibe. Close proximity to the Third Fork hiking and biking trail was a huge bonus.

My daughter was participating in a soccer tournament in the area. Size of townhome was perfect for the two of us and the location was excellent (quiet neighborhood, many necessities close by but not on top of you, reasonably close to Duke/UNC campuses and airport).

This is a nice place with everything you will need. The owner was very responsive when it turned out batteries in a remote were out. The location is convenient to all things in Durham and Chapel Hill. It is quiet in a wooded area. Parking is easy, right in front. We did not use the deck because we came during a hot spell, but it looks lovely for breakfast. The kitchen had everything for cooking and storing. There is a washer and dryer too which is so useful. The bedrooms are spacious and have nightstands for both sides, a rarity in rentals. One caveat, the beds are foam mattresses, good quality, but we prefer an inner spring mattress.
