Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking in the unit or anywhere on the property. A $500 deep cleaning fee applies for violations.
• No house parties. No groups under the age of 25.
• Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. While we aim for 4 PM availability, it cannot be guaranteed.
• Ocean Blue strictly prohibits motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers.
• Cancellation Policy: A 60-day written notice via email is required for cancellations. A $150 fee applies. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit all monies paid. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

A perfect place to relax.

This was perfect for our family get together. The kids loved jumping from the lazy river to the hot tub to the beach. Easy access and a place to enjoy relaxing by the beach and pool all day.

Large beachfront condo!

Great location on the beach. Condo had nice amenities and was fully stocked with all the necessities. Nice part was there were 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers. The only negatives would be that people would shoot off fireworks at midnight. I also missed being able to walk to everything - we usually stay in Hilton Head. Overall we really enjoyed our week there.

Penthouse 2 was exactly as advertised after our original reservation had to be changed from condo 303 due to remodeling. The penthouse is a beautiful and quiet condo. No problems with anything during our stay.

great place to stay for large family

Over all very good. Parking garage is difficult for larger cars. View is great from the large balcony. All beds were very comfortable. Only thing I would do different, as a rental property owner myself, is the living room couches and chairs...very uncomfortable. They seem to be fancy sets of outside patio furniture. Over all good stay 4 stars!

The unit was perfectly situated in South Myrtle Beach. The views of the beach and ocean were amazing. The pools outdoors and indoors, were well maintained. If I stay here again I will bring a swiffer to clean the hardwood floors, and dish towels because the one provided was not sufficient for 10 people in one week. The dryer did not work properly,but hopefully it will be fixed.

Family get away

5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Handicapped accessible in that It is all on one floor Yes. Walk in shower yes, but has a small lip to step in. Low toilet, so we had to go to Walmart and purchase a raised toilet seat. It has a balcony to view my happy place. “Ocean” It accommodated my family of 8 very well. The beds were very comfortable. The furniture itself was outdated but in great condition. I am so glad they changed that red wall paint. We were 10 minutes from the activities we were looking for. We had an easy entry and departure. The apartment was clean. There was a lot and I mean a lot of dishes (outdated but in good condition). We did have to bring our own blankets which was ok. They were working on the lazy river so it was closed. which was a downer. The ice machine stopped working towards the end. And the dryer was not drying things all the way. It felt like we had to keep the dryer going and going. But considering this view. I’d take this apartment any day

Ocean Blue Resort, Myrtle Beach Unit 303

This condo was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The washer and dryer worked well. The pool area was kept clean. The beach is wide, and there weren't too many people. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beach Plantation Vibe

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our 11 guests to spread out. We had a great view of the beach and pool but we were surprised that we could not access the beach from the property after 9 pm and the pool manager was a bit of a jerk when we tried to go out for a beach walk around that time. (This is not something that the owner can control but be advised.) Overall the property itself was nice. It could use some more pots and pans for cooking for a large group but there are plenty of dishes and we loved the dual refrigerators and dishwashers. Our biggest issue was that the furniture in the living room was really uncomfortable which would not have been an issue but we had two really rainy days where we needed to relax inside.

Great Memories

Absolutely loved the property. With 9 people it was fantastic to have 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. The balcony is large and plenty of chairs. So much room in the condo that no one was on top of each other! Parking was fantastic....walk in from the garage right to your suite. And what a view of the ocean, it was perfect.

Great except parking

Our stay was in Ocean Blue, 303. Before we arrived on June 16, I wanted to ensure that each of the three vehicles we would be bringing would have a place to park. We were told IN WRITING by Sandy by a text message, that we would have five parking spaces, since we had a five bedroom condo. When we arrived, we were informed that we only had two, but since I am handicapped and use a wheelchair, my handicapped placard would suffice as a parking pass. On Sunday morning, we find a warning that our car would be towed if not moved. On Monday, my wife called "Sandy" at the number on the info packet in the room, and was told that I could get a street parking permit from the city of Myrtle Beach for $30.00, which my son purchased. We later learned that a handicapped placard qualified for free parking on the street, or any public access spot. The handicapped spot we were originally in REMAINED EMPTY ALL WEEK, as did several other spots in the garage. The staff needs to be educated on the benefits available, and could have let me remain in the handicapped spot since the building was not fully occupied. Therefore, I am requesting that the $30.00 fee be refunded to me. Parking regulations need to be specified when travelers make the reservations, NOT after they arrive and are blindsided. The parking passes should also be sent to the renter, not left in the room to be seen after you have tried to find your parking spot. There was also no rhyme or reason to the numbering of the parking spots. Otherwise, we loved the facility. Perhaps too many dishes, which left no room to put away groceries for 12 people for a week. Also, the washer and dryer both had repair issues before our stay was over. Roger Huffman
