This Grand House is for the ultimate Beach Living! Beautiful Walnut wood floor throughout the entire house is SOLID sealed with non-toxic sealant. Huge Kitchen has plenty of counter space, equipped with top named European appliances (Subzero, Thermador, Miele, etc), perfect for the family cooking and entertainment. Enjoy sitting areas while enjoying indoor gas fireplace for large family gatherings. Huge front deck with head-on ocean view is for sunbathing and sunset watching. This grand house offers memorable experiences with true 5 star amenities! . Arcadia is a walking street.. no car access, steps on Arcadia gate going thru the beach.

This fantastic home is located on the famous Santa Monica Beach. The front street is the one and only PRIVATE walk street in Santa Monica, having locked gates at the both ends. t is just a few steps to the Beach, Boardwalk, restaurants, Santa Monica pier, park, train, and boutique shops. Truly the best location surrounded by 5 star hotels!

We provided one beach lot parking permit and it is not a reserve spot, fist come, first serve.
Bedroom layout
We have 5 large bedrooms, three with a California kingsize bed, main bedroom on the 3rd floor with a large patio. Two bedrooms with a queen size bed.

Tv is located in the first floor living room next to the kitchen and bedroom on the south side.
We have central AC thermostat locked to 72 -76 degrees.
We do not allow gathering or parties. We are happy to share our house with you! Laundry room in service.

The house was in an incredible location so close to the beach. The rooms were large and fit our family of 5 really well. There are many great restaurants nearby. The house was decorated very tastefully. The host was pleasant and communicative. We were in Santa Monica right after heavy rains and the weather wasn't super warm but the house was really comfortable and we had a great visit. Thank you!

Perfect Graduation Get Together

Our group was traveling in from both coasts and the UK for a graduation in Santa Monica. It needed to be able to house us but also give some space, ideally be walkable to other locations/needs. We ALSO decided to have a chef serve dinner to us on graduation night (we cleared this with the host first to be sure it was okay). It was perfect!! Great communication from the host, and a great option overall. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at the beach house! Luhanda is a great host, always available when needed. Everything is very well organized from the parking to the surf board and bikes for the kids! The bedding is just the more comfortable I have ever slept in!!! The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach and down town. I really recommend this house, where you feel like home!!

Prime location!

8 adults, 4 days in Santa Monica. Location was perfect. The private walkway is safe, house is close to beach and the pier. Walkable to great restaurants and sites. House is rustic with a modern touch in the kitchen. We loved the Miele espresso machine. Luhanda is an awesome host. Super responsive, delivering any needs in a timely manner. Definite recommend and would repeat stay.
