We really enjoyed the condo as it's located on the 2nd floor. The unit was clean and fully stock with all the utensils you would need to cook, if you want to cook. We eat out more often on Vacay. The AC unit worked flawlessly, and kept the condo comfortable, it could easily bring the temp down to 70 deg F. If you like to people watch then you will be in luck as the balcony is directly with the gate & walkway to the beach. The pools are not in direct view from the balcony, and no one really hung out by the gate. People came and went as it's just a walkway. You can see the beach from the same balcony, but on the 2nd level you're even with the top of the palm trees out back. We like this location very much as you can walk to many other businesses with no issue. The Pier Park Mall is right there within walking distance. Several restaurants are within walking distance with the exception of Barbeque. We try to come every July 4th time frame, and this was 1 of those times when the Gulf was very clear, so we really enjoyed the beach. The place also comes with 2 resort beach chairs & umbrella, and we rented 2 more chairs next to these. Outside noise, is not a problem here.The beds & pillows were comfy. The furniture was in good shape. The toilets worked as designed. The fridge worked, and it has an ice maker that does its job, The coffee makers are a Keurig, and also a regular coffee pot, both work great! We would definitely stay here again
