Dolores was incredibly kind and very receptive to any small issue I had. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
Dolores, the host, was incredibly kind and responsive during our stay. My group needed a place to sleep overnight close to the parking lot for a shuttle to an event and the location fit those needs however parts of instruction were confusing upon arrival as we were given the wrong door code and wifi password in the welcome message and had to reach out for new ones and the unit was not very clean. Upon arrival there was hair on the shower wall, debris on the floor, and multiple little critters crawling around throughout the stay. Cleanliness was definitely not acceptable for the price per night paid. Also, upon use of the microwave in the unit the power went out because her family was also using devices upstairs which resulted in us helping the host fix the problem by resetting the breaker, and her solution to us was not to use the microwave for the remainder of our stay, which was a strange request. The air conditioner was left draining water into a small kitchen bowl hidden in a corner behind the air conditioner and we were not informed of such, so the bowl overflowed and got some of our things wet. When the opportunity arose we ultimately decided to brave night travel and leave early instead of staying another night. The check out instructions again were unclear citing a dishwasher but a dishwasher didn’t exist in the unit. Again, Dolores was very kind to us during our stay but the unit was not up to par.

This was our very first rental and although the request was made last minute, we opted to accept. Our summer season typically starts in June however this was a week earlier than we had planned. The door code was absolutely correct . The WiFi code was an old code and we had just changed the service.it was resolved within minutes Again, we had not counted on renting the week of June 18 . There was no bowl or leak in the AC.
I can only say it was a learning curve.
We are having space added to the electrical panel as we speak.
The apartment was super clean. We will never take a guest in the future unless we are comfortable with the timing.
