Close to some of the best dining and shopping options at Market Common and only 3 miles to must-see Boardwalk and Skywheel. This property is recently upgraded with new flooring and paint. Visitors return year after year to enjoy this spacious condo and relax on the large balcony looking over the ocean!

Ocean Blue does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts. They will also not allow roof racks or cargo carriers on top of ANY vehicles. The parking garage clearance is 7FT.

Communication with manager is excellent. We had a few issues with our unit but they were resolved within 24 hours.

4 br 4 bath beachfront condo

we had a very nice stay in the condo but do have a few suggestions. please consider high rise toilet in at least the master suite for elderly guests. There was difficulty getting in the unit and the code did not work on the door- one of our party members got a different code texted to them when the code did not work, but when I called an actually spoke to someone, they said the code given that did not work was correct. Luckily we were in by then. The condo was clean and very nice with great reclining sofas in the living room.

We loved the room, but we had a problem with cockroaches. The condo had to be sprayed twice, and when leaving saw another one. The parking is small and very unorganized.
