Step outside to your private deep-water pier, perfect for docking a boat or wave runner, or simply lounging under the covered seating area. You can bring your own boat and launch at one of three nearby public ramps—or take advantage of convenient rentals at Lake Effects or Lake Norman Boat Rentals.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and open kitchen and living room with ample seating, plus a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
For fun on the water, enjoy three adult kayaks, a tandem kayak, a children’s kayak, and a stand-up paddleboard. After a day of adventure, fire up the gas grill for a lakeside cookout, then gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stories under the stars.

From our very first summer in North Carolina, we were drawn to Lake Norman and instantly felt at home. Our dream has always been to have a home on the water where we could create lasting memories with our children.
