Perfect for families or friends, the cottage sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin room with two beds — plus 2 full bathrooms for an easy, comfortable stay.
Head outside and feel the stress melt away. Sip your morning coffee on the private deep-water pier, soak up the sunshine on the floating dock, or settle into the shaded seating area with a good book. Bring your own boat or jet ski (ramps just minutes away!) or rent from Lake Effects or Lake Norman Boat Rentals for fun-filled days on the lake.
Inside, the bright and open living area invites everyone to gather — whether sharing a meal in the refreshed kitchen or cozying up after a day in the sun. A full-size washer and dryer are available to keep things simple during your stay.
Adventure comes included:
• 3 adult kayaks
• 1 tandem kayak
• 1 children’s kayak
• 1 stand-up paddleboard
Paddle the quiet cove, splash in the water (approx. 15 ft deep at the dock), and enjoy endless lake fun. In the evening, fire up the grill for a casual lakeside dinner, then end every night around the fire pit (firewood included) — s’mores, stories, and a sky full of stars.
