Step inside this classic single level ranch and enjoy three bedrooms, one bathroom, and the added benefit of a dedicated office and workout room that make extended stays easy and convenient. The living areas are bright and inviting, the kitchen is well equipped for longer visits, and the home is kept comfortable year round with central heat and air conditioning provided by an efficient heat pump system.
Outside, the property shines with a fully fenced backyard where dogs can play freely. Raised garden beds, a gravel lounge area, and a spacious deck make the yard a relaxing place to spend your mornings or evenings. 5 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home.
8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
