Very nice house, comfortable and practical, on a plot of 800 m2 with total infrastructure.
There are 5 large suites with air conditioning and 2 suites with bath, swimming pool, large living room and kiosk with barbecue. Close to condominium club with pool, courts, field, games and playgrounds. It is about 1km from one of the best beaches on the north coast of Bahia. A good space for couples, families and groups of friends.
It is a breathtaking setting along the Cocos Coast in Bahia. Guarajuba is one of the most privileged places for nature. Located just 42 km from Salvador International Airport, 18 km before Praia do Forte, with access by the Estrada do Côco (Highway BA-099), it is characterized by a beautiful landscape where the elements of nature, flora and fauna, attest to the richness of the environment in place.

Férias Fantástica em Guarajuba
Passei dez dias de férias nesta casa com a minha família, total 16 pessoas, ficamos muito bem acomodados. Me surpreendeu a estrutura e qualidade da casa. Os quartos com excelentes camas box, chuveiros ótimos, piscina maravilhosa e ar condicionados limpinhos e novos... A casa de muito bom gosto e o acabamento de qualidade!!!!
Super indico este imóvel, alto padrão, espaçoso, iluminado e com a cara do verão. Vale muito apena.
O condomínio muito seguro, com rondas e vigias.
Pretendo voltar em breve.
