Country Lakefront home just 20 minutes to town! Peaceful & Convenient!
This 70's style 3-bedroom home is just east of Springdale is perfect for your escape to tranquility. With 1 king bed and 2 full beds, guests will have plenty of space to unwind. This is lakefront property on acreage. It is located on a paved dead-end road. The main bedroom is on one end of the house with the other two bedrooms on the opposite end. Each room features a sliding glass door onto the back patio facing the lake! This was my parents home where they entertained many guests and hosted parties. This place has everything you need. I am located up the hill so only a phone call away. Our current long term renters have stayed longer for the simple fact they don't hear traffic, they're not looking at a fenced backyard, and they enjoy the Lakeview. Pets are welcomed with a deposit.
