The house was built in 1988 on the edge of an orange tree field. It is 185 sq.m and consists of 3 levels. The 1st level comprises of a bedroom, the dining room, the kitchen, and a WC with a shower. The living room occupies the second level, also featuring a fireplace and a wardrobe. On the third level, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an office with two beds. It is suitable for holidays. It is a 4-minute drive from the beach or a 15-20 minute walk. We inform our guests that there is a camera that controls the entrance of the plot.
Can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Also, there is a private pool of 4,5 x 9 x 1,4 m. for exclusive use by guests.
The owners may live in the property's basement on some days, but it has a separate entrance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION-TAXES From January 1, 2025, the Greek state imposed the following taxation for short-term rental accommodations like this accommodation. 15 euros per night as climate change tax for high season (April to October). 4 euros per night as climate change tax for the low season (November to March).
You will pay this tax to the host upon arrival at the accommodation and receive a handwritten receipt for this amount, as Greek law requires.

The tap water is not drinkable and it can't be used in cooking, but only for laundry. So you will have to get bottled water from the supermarket.
My wife Titsa and I live in a separate apartment in the basement of the building, with a separate entrance. You will have exclusive use of the pool.
According to Greek law, by your arrival, you must give me the number of your passport and your current address.
A camera controls the plot entrance.

Wir waren rundum glücklich bei Dimitrios und seiner lieben Frau. Das Haus ist wunderbar: hell und groß und sauber mit einem wunderschönen sehr gepflegten Garten und einem großartigen Pool. Viele Liegen, zwei Terassen und eine Lounge laden zu Erholung pur ein. Morgens gab es frische Orangen aus der hauseigenen Plantage (die wir manchmal selbst geerntet haben und manchmal in einem großzügigen Beutel auf der Terasse vorfanden). Zur Begrüßung hatte die Gastgeberin für uns gekocht. Wir haben die Zeit unendlich genossen und würden am liebsten ein Dauerabo für dieses traumhafte Haus und alles drumherum haben.

We are lucky that our guests are exceptional. The same goes for Gonna and his wonderful family. Our communication during the rental process was excellent. Gonna's answers were direct and clear, we hope ours were the same. Kind and warm with love for our country and its history. We enjoyed our conversations with them. We were moved by the beautiful gift of the children inspired by the Greek Easter. We hope their stay in our house was worthy of their expectations. Of course, the house was left in excellent condition, very clean and tidy. We strongly recommend them to all hosts and we hope to host them again sometime in the future.

La maison est spacieuse et le jardin terrasse aussi. La piscine est très bien entretenue et super agréable. Rien a redire sur cette belle maison !

Simon and her family were ideal guests. Extremely organizational, noble, civilized and spontaneous, a combination of German culture with a Mediterranean externalization of emotions and intimacy. That's how we experienced it. We especially enjoyed their stay here and we will always remember them as exceptional and expressive people with love for our country and its people. They left the house in excellent condition and we highly recommend them to any host.
