Beautiful condo. The owners are highly responsive. Condo was well stocked with everything you need to live comfortably. The beds were all nice. Bedrooms are huge and have tons of closet space. Restrooms are both really nice size. Everything was nice and clean. We really enjoyed staying here and cant wait to come again!

Amazing Stay!!!

This place is great, the unit was clean and looked great. The owner Gene was great to work with and very responsive to any messages or questions. My family has been staying in the boardwalk Beach resort condos for 9 years and this stay was one of the best.

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The views from the master bedroom and kitchen/living room did not disappoint. Any issues were dealt with quickly with the owner, Gene. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

PCB Trip - Boardwalk 1610

This unit was very clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to travel to PCB as it is in a good location and the amenities were also very good.

Family Fun on the Beach

Communication was great, loved the amenties and the beach access! The beach was never overcrowded, the pool and splashpad was perfect for when our littles needed a calmer area to have fun when the waves were strong. Loved that there was a bar/restaurant conveniently next to the pool. The condo was large and spacious for our family. Appreciated the smart tv/roku apps available and the kitchen had all we needed.

Grand’s with 2 kids in 1610

This is the second time we have booked this condo and it is perfect! Very large condo for everyone to spread out and it has everything you could possibly need if you don’t want to leave during your stay. Perfect Vacation Spot

Such a Beautiful Property! The condo had plenty of space for myself, my husband, our teen son & a friend. There is a small market on site with hot food, sodas, & even ice cream! The full bar & restaurant by the pool is very convenient & the food & drinks are good! The view of the sunset from the balcony was amazing. The beach was never crowded. The location makes it not too far from anything. We would definitely book again!

Absolutely amazing

Property just as pictured. Gene was super great from booking and throughout stay. No better location or view. Property great. We stayed for 2 weeks and it felt like home! Everything we needed to prepare meals. Kids loved the pool and hot tubs. Only suggestion is to have the washing machine balanced. It was extremely loud and bounced all over the place.

This is our 2nd time staying at Boardwalk, & again, it did not disappoint! Gene & his wife are both so wonderful to work with. The condo is a great location. So close to many things. On the east end of S. Thomas Dr. so getting in & out of the parking garage is no problem. Never a wait for the elevators. The pool area is great and has a restaurant, bar & small store right there for convenience. We travel with 2 adults & 2 teen boys & the condo has plenty of room! Plenty of dishes for cooking meals. Plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. & The sunset view is definitely one of our favorite parts!! Just book! You won't be disappointed!

LOVED THE CONDO!

We absolutely LOVED the condo and we had a wonderful time. The view from the condo was breathtaking... especially in the master suite with the windows all around! The rooms were beautifully furnished and the beds were very comfortable! Master suite was super comfy with a good mattress and awesome pillows. The condo was clean and beautiful. Loved how the kitchen was stocked with all that one needed on vacation. Bathrooms were furnished with nice big towels, not the cheap small towels that you often find in rentals. Most of all Gene was great to deal with... he answered all my questions promptly and accurately. My husband and I actually met Gene and his wife before renting the condo.....very nice people. We would love to come back and I would definitely recommend this condo!

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a great time in PCB! The condo was as advertised - spacious layout, beautiful views, secure property, comfy beds, and easy access to the beach and activities. Gene was responsive and accommodating, particularly as we got closer to the trip and were pulling together our final travel details. While there, we had a minor plumbing issue, and Gene facilitated a rapid response from resort maintenance, who were also extremely professional and kind. A few things we noticed: the floors were dirty and left this black residue on feet and socks. I don’t know if that’s just common for tile floors at the beach or if they could use a good scrubbing. The garbage disposal was also stinky. We visited early in the summer season, so maybe it, too, just needs a deep refreshing cleaning. We also had to buy toilet paper, which was something I just wasn’t expecting. Overall, we had a magnificent time and would absolutely come back to Boardwalk. Thanks for your hospitality, Gene!

Dirty condo minor annoyances

The biggest issue is we arrived to a filthy condo where only the beds were made. Sand was everywhere on the floor. Showers and tubs were never cleaned. Old used wristbands were on the counter. I attached a picture of my one year old's feet after 15 minutes in the condo for reference.Spoke with the owner and they were able to get it cleaned the first night, but it was not a great way to start a vacation.Other issues we encountered (minor but added to the frustration):- Guest toilet clogged just flushing pee. There were 2 plungers in the bathroom already so this was probably a known issue.- No dishwashing soap.We've stayed in 3 other units at the Boardwalk Beach Resort and never had any issues until this trip. The good news is everything is fixable, and the resort itself was great.
