Three bedroom home with pool, air conditioning, wifi. Twenty minute walk to beach or 5 minute drive to beautiful Gold Coast beaches. 3 minutes walk to shopping centre and Woolworth supermarket. Quiet culdesac. A small well behaved pet would be negotiable. One bedroom is a double pull out bed. Linen etc included. Modern appliances including dishwasher, gas cooking, and separate laundry with washing ma nine and dryer. Outdoor area is spacious and epued with a barbecue. The house is tiled throughout.
