About this property

Beachside atmosphere with modern comfort

Within walking distance to the beach and local township of Sandy Point, this fabulous family beach house offers guests a mix of modern conveniences and appliances, with the traditional beach house atmosphere.

Offering spacious and sunlit open plan living, a recent upgrade to the bathrooms and kitchen, and with 4 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeping 10; the house is the perfect place for friends & families to stay, relax & enjoy. Linen and bath towels included for guest comfort and convenience.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is spacious and sun lit, with high ceilings and glass sliding doors opening out onto the large front deck and garden.

With ample bench space for preparation and conversation, the kitchen offers a ceramic cooktop, wall oven, microwave, large fridge, ample cupboard space and dishwasher.

The extendable dining table comfortably sits 6, whilst the outdoor setting and bar stools further accommodate additional guests.

There is a TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, feature wood fireplace and a CD player/radio all provided for guests comfort and enjoyment.

Bedding configuration offers something for everyone! With a Queen bed in the first bedroom, and a set of bunks plus a single bed in the second bedroom.

Separating these two bedrooms is a large wet-room style bathroom providing walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.

The third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has a set of single bunk beds and a single bed.

Linen (sheets, doona covers and pillow covers) and towels are provided for the comfort of our guests, as are bath towels. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels, should they be required. Pedestal fans and electric heaters are provided in all rooms for further guest comfort.

The second bathroom provides a large corner shower, vanity and toilet. There is a laundry at the front of the home with a top loading washing machine available for guests to use.

The beautifully maintained garden is fenced from the street at the front, but the property is not fully fenced at the sides and rear; making it unsuitable for pets.
This property does not cater for Schoolies or Hens or Bucks parties.

Great location and great for families

Spacious, clean accommodation which worked very well for an extended family trip. Great location and very much enjoyed the little extras including chocolate on arrival and basket of toys.

A Terrific Stay

Well Maintained Property

The property manager was very diligent and proactive in informing us about the property before our travel. Nice, clean and comfortable place. I went with my family and friends for a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We plan to definitely come back again.

My sisters and I stayed for a weekend and could not have been happier. Clearly was plenty big enough as there were 3 of us and the property sleeps 10 but we really enjoyed the space. We didn’t most if our time sitting on the deck enjoying the peace and birds. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in & cook and only a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The little local bar was fun on the Saturday night too with live music! All round a really enjoyable relaxing stay. Will be able to bring back our husbands and kids next time - maybe! 😁

Great house for families

This comfortable house had everything we needed (there were 9 of us). It's in a great location within easy walking distance of the main beach & general store. Sam was very responsive when a fan broke just before a very hot day - thanks for providing a replacement so quickly. Will be very happy to book again.
