Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels before departing.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Dock rental is $500/week. A $1000 credit card hold is required and refunded at checkout if no damage to the lift.
Pet fee $250 non refundable

This was an amazing place to call home base for our vacation. While the weather was beautiful as expected this home was as immaculate as it was comfortable. No detail was spared and the property owner as well as the manager were responsive and wonderful. We were given excellent restaurant recommendations and we loved the deck for coffee and sunsets and spent a lot of time at the private pool.Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your place in paradise!
