If your looking for a secluded getaway with your very own "FRIO RIVER" look no further! Relax in your own private river approximately 350 yards from the main house. Our home offers a modern ranch style feel with amazing views. Come relax and unplug from the everyday grind. Enjoy 30 acres of free ranging wildlife and beautiful sunrises/sunsets. We are located only a few minutes from Downtown Leakey, Texas (i.e., dining, gas, grocery, etc...), and 10 minutes to Garner State Park and CONCAN.

The house was so beautiful! We had a big group that stayed and it was perfect for everyone. We had the best time! I would book again. The house was super clean, it was super nice that it was stocked with some items. The host was super nice and accommodating. They responded fast if we needed anything. I can’t say enough about the house! It made our trip perfect!

House was beautiful and perfect for our large group. Frio was low this year so floating wasn’t much fun, but the house had access to a beautiful spot right on the property just a short walk or drive. It was the perfect spot for sitting in the river, fishing and just relaxing! Only issues were multiple messages to host prior to arrival went unanswered and when we arrived we had not received check-in instructions. Eventually we found an unlocked door and went on inside, but would have liked to know that it would be open ahead of time. Will definitely recommend this house and will consider rebooking in the future! House was well stocked in the kitchen with pots and pans, pool was great. Game room was hot as it had no A/C but not a big deal. The patio was amazing. The breeze, the stars, Beautiful property.
