We recently purchased this property and our family (parents and 2 teenagers) absolutely love spending time here with friends and family. Easy quick access to the beach and view from the wrap around balcony is incredible.
Why they chose this property
This location is central, close to Cocoa Beach pier and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also, an amazing view of the space launches and Cape Canaveral port.
What makes this property unique
the Mark is a beautiful building with direct private access to the beach, very large spacious heated pool and easy parking. Our unit is on the 5th floor facing West/North with incredible views of the Cocoa Beach Pier, Cape Canaveral Port and rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center.
