Only a short 3 to 4 minute drive to shops, cafes and restaurants, Cowes main shopping strip. Close to local parks and playground and major attractions (Penguin Island, Nobbies blow hole). Cowes Beach, Anderson Road Boat Ramp and Red Rock Beach are only a stones throw away.
There are 2 living areas, the first with lounge suite, coffee table and a wooden fire heater with a reverse cycle Air Conditioner. The second living area has a large 40 inch TV, large light filled windows and sliding door leading onto the rear yard with a portable cooler if needed.
A open plan kitchen with quality appliances, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric cook top, microwave, Kettle, Slow cooker, Vegetable steamer, 4 slice toaster, 4 slice sandwich maker, plenty of Pots, Pans and Utensils. It is fully self-contained and fully stocked to meet your every need.
There is seating for 6 people at the central dining table.
For your comfort, a split system air conditioner provides heating and cooling, with pedestrian fans in each of the bedrooms, two portable coolers and a portable heater making this the perfect home for all seasons.

There is a huge, grassy, beautiful yard which is fully fenced for your piece of mind and is the perfect place for the kids to play, with undercover parking. There is also plenty of room to park up to 4 cars, bikes and even a boat. Ample off street parking as well.

We had a very good time in Phillip Island. The house we stayed at was perfect, tidy clean and big enough for everyone. Also had good yard space and closed off gate for the driveway. I would definitely recommend and I would love to return.
Lovely little front decking to enjoy your coffee and feel the morning sun. Quaint street appeal and all the amenities were as described.
No BBQ, which wasn’t listed as a facility, but something we needed to being with us for our desires.
Lovely grassy yard for the kids to run around and a nice quiet location.
Owners were very easy to communicate with and responded promptly.
Great place , location, just enough size for 6adults; 4 kids. everything to make your stay comfortable and convenient is available including a bottle of complimentary wine, except I couldn’t find any outdoor bbq appliance that I could use. Overall it was a positive experience for our group.!
It was a fantastic family house , well provided for the kids it’s not far from the shops , beach , penguins , Churchill island, koala convention. Owners are great to be in contact with ! Highly recommended for families

Neat and clean, quiet location.
Eddie is a pleasure to deal with and was flexible with our checkout time. A nice touch was a complimentary bottle of wine and some Easter eggs, as our stay was at Easter. We felt welcomed by the gesture. Would stay again if we went to Phillip Island.
