The decor was charming. Beds were comfortable. Host was gracious and responses came quickly. Seems like it would be a good place for young families. Very convenient to have fun shops and outstanding restaurants so close by. Highly recommend to others.
Family of 6 (17, 13, 6, 4) visiting for spring break. Outstanding location and loved the historic home. We thoroughly enjoyed the property - especially the outdoor courtyard and fire pit. The home is well-appointed, cozy, charming, and comfortable. Beds are quite comfortable and it was a great place to come “home” to after a long day of sight-seeing!Highly recommend this property. Communication was clear and prompt, and check in was a breeze. We would certainly come back!

Location, location, location! The property is is close to shopping, the waterfront, Reagan National airport and the Alexandria Amtrak station. The host is pleasant and communicative. The amenities were excellent. I stayed with family and we cooked a bit so I truly appreciated the fact that the kitchen was well-stocked with almost every spice you could think of. Initially, I was concerned about parking, but had no issues. The house is truly enchanting. I would definitely stay here again!
