Please return the thermostat to the original settings. (65 degrees warming during cold seasons; 75 degrees cooling during hot seasons).
If you have access to any keys, please lock them back up in the lock box you found them in.

I was born an raised in NC (born in Fayettenam, spent my childhood in Lexington, and went to college at NC State for an electrical engineering and computer science degree - go Wolfpack!). Some of my hobbies include snowboarding, riding my motorcycle, and playing pool. I love traveling and staying in nice places, so I hope my properties will be a home away from home for my guests!

Raleigh is an amazing city. The Palafox property is close to downtown, close to NC State, close to a lot of stores and restaurants, in a nice neighborhood, and the area is growing fast!
