Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tampering with technology in the house will incur a $50 per device reconnection fee and may result in immediate checkout.
Late check-out billed $50 for the 1st hour, $100 for the 2nd. After 2 hours, you'll be charged an extra night and incoming guest accommodation.
You will receive check in and check out messages through the app. Failure to follow instructions may result in corresponding charges.

Sports center/clubhouse is quite dated and could use a refresh. Hot tub jets were not working. Changing rooms were not great. Condo was very nice, spacious and well equipped. Over all a very nice experience.
