SPENDID REMODEL AND UPDATE! From top to bottom and inside out, this adorable home has been updated and completely remodeled. New kitchen, new floors, new furnishings, NEW BEGINNINGS. Same great location but a totally new vibe! Step into this newly updated home and you will find an expanded kitchen and living area with 65" flat screen TV and an abundance of seating in comfort for the whole family.


The main bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and step in shower in the ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has extra long twin beds and the guest bath has a tub and shower. The living room has a large flat screen TV and is open to the kitchen and dining room. There is a breakfast bar and wonderful kitchen that would make any chef feel right at home cooking up your special meals or fresh catch.

Just a few short blocks to the Gulf and Holmes Beaches finest of beaches, this immaculate private home is the perfect place to come and enjoy "Island" life. Also, a short distance away, there are many wonderful eateries, the skate park, art galleries and great shops to find your favorite spots and souvenirs.

*** GOLF CART POLICY *** No golf carts are allowed on premises without SPECIFIC APPROVAL from Management. If allowed, gas powered carts only. If found that you have brought an electric/battery operated golf cart it may result a $50.00 per day fee.

Best little house near the beach

If you are looking for an affordable house to rent near the beach, this is it. Perfect size for a small family that doesn’t bust the budget. Clean and fully stocked with what you need: dishes, towels including beach towels, coolers, beach buggy, beach chairs and umbrellas. Short 5 minute walk to the beach.

Wonderful beach experience

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The staff at Wagner Realty were quick and responsive with our questions. Very handy to have beach buggy, umbrella and chairs for our short walk to the beach.

Great vacation

This home was exactly the way it was pictured. We arrived about three hours before we were supposed to check in but found that the cleaning had been completed early so we were able to "move in", stop at the local grocery stores and get supplies and still be on the beach (just a two block walk) relaxing by the time we were supposed to check in. Great place! Great vacation.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Our Florida beach vacation will always be remembered. The property was beautifully decorated with a beach theme of turtles and palm trees. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the beach. We walked to the beach every day twice a day. The sunsets were incredible. I highly recommend this listing.
