Just a stone's throw from the Gulf, this clean and comfortable 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom cottage is the perfect place to get away and enjoy "Island" life. Quiet peaceful island location, and less than 3/10 of a mile to the beach. Lovely oak kitchen for the cook in the family. One car garage with full size washer and dryer. Sit back and catch up on your favorite shows or movies on the large, flat screen t. v.
Master bedroom features a roomy king size bed, while the guest room has 2 twins as well as a Queen sleeper in the living room. Enjoy the large screened patio, and the beautiful green yard.

Prices shown are based on four person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit.

Rates shown are base rents that include utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fees, Internet fees if not provided by Owner, sales/resort taxes and pet fees if applicable. Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.

Best little house near the beach

If you are looking for an affordable house to rent near the beach, this is it. Perfect size for a small family that doesn’t bust the budget. Clean and fully stocked with what you need: dishes, towels including beach towels, coolers, beach buggy, beach chairs and umbrellas. Short 5 minute walk to the beach.

Wonderful beach experience

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The staff at Wagner Realty were quick and responsive with our questions. Very handy to have beach buggy, umbrella and chairs for our short walk to the beach.

Great vacation

This home was exactly the way it was pictured. We arrived about three hours before we were supposed to check in but found that the cleaning had been completed early so we were able to "move in", stop at the local grocery stores and get supplies and still be on the beach (just a two block walk) relaxing by the time we were supposed to check in. Great place! Great vacation.
