Located in the heart of Holmes Beach, AMI Starfish is your ideal island getaway!

Our two bedroom, two bathroom duplex is everything you need for your perfect Island vacation. Both bedrooms have comfortable king sized beds and TVs. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room rounds out the sleeping arrangements.

With two living areas, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. The fully equipped kitchen has bar seating for four and a dining table for six people. Our home is bathed in natural light and island décor.

Enjoy your day at the beach, a quick two block walk, or relax in a sun lounger besides the private heated pool or one one of the two covered deck areas. The covered bar and lounge area has a ping pong table comfortable seating to enjoy the outdoors.

AMI Starfish is half of a duplex. Each side has their own driveway, parking, entry, and pool areas. Looking for additional space, check out AMI Sand Dollar to reserve both sides for your getaway.

AMI Starfish is a dog friendly property! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog, plus tax has been added to your reservation total.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is six.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.

Great house, excellent location only 2 blocks from the beach, quiet street, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house itself was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed including outdoor beach gear and toys. The private pool was great and a. wonderful way to cool off after a day on the beach. The outside covered patio/entertaining area was awesome as well as the home's lower level game area. Anna Maria Life was a great company to work with, very friendly and responsive. We can't wait to come back to AMI Starfish.

Perfect vacation house

Loved the front porch!!! House was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and restaurants. The wagon for the beach broke and they were out the next day with a new one!!!!

Open and bright

We've been coming to AMI for decades, but only recently retired and so are able to stay longer than the Annual Spring Break. Since we're down for a month, we like to bring the four legged member of our family, so we need pet friendly accommodations. Whether we were drinking beverages on the front porch, playing games in the game room with the grandkids, or lounging by the heated pool, AMI Starfish fit our needs beautifully. Perhaps what I loved most was waking up to the sunshine streaming through all the windows. We do wish there had been some basic cleaning supplies so we could keep the floors clean under our bare feet. The broom and vacuum didn't quite cut it.

AMI Starfish

This was the perfect location for us to enjoy AMI. We were in the middle of everything, couple of minutes walk to beach for the most perfect sunsets every evening, walking distance to delis, pubs and restaurants and private enough that you feel away from it all. The house itself is even better than it looks in the pictures, the games areas and outdoor dining/bar were a lot of fun also. I'm sure we're going to be back! Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals were also absolutely outstanding! Thanks for a great time AMI Starfish and AMI Vacation Rentals!
