The ocean is calling all beach & board-walkers. Come stay in my freshly painted cozy studio with updated floors and all you need for an instant beach vacation. Ocean City has Activities and weekend events all year long. Check out OCNJ app for details. Walk to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place 2 blocks to 9th&boardwalk&2 blocks to Asbury Ave shops&restaurants. Studio has a kitchen, coffee/tea, creamers,sweeteners, granola bars, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Pack your bags for an stress-free get away. Rental includes linens for queen&pullout, extra blankets, bath/beach towels,beach toys, chairs, umbrella. The Ocean is always here for serene contemplation and toe tickling fun no matter the time of year. 2nd floor unit in 2-story building with no elevator. Updated Small studio condo with 1 queen bed, 1 sofa pull out queen bed and mini kitchen with full kitchen amenities. Perfect size for an individual, couple, or family with younger children, 4 humans max, 4 adults is tight. The building is 2-stories, there is no elevator and the unit is on 2nd floor. 1 Parking space is for a smaller sized car included.

We had a great time. The room was clean with everything we needed for the stay. Communication with our host was great. The property location is good, being pretty centrally located. We would definitely stay here again.

We are repeat quest's and absolutely recommend booking here. Charlene is one of the best hosts I have ever booked with, she thinks of everything and is so well organized. Very clean and comfortable and perfect location.Great for couples or small family. Can't wait to go back again. We will continue booking with her for as long as she will have us!

We overall had a nice stay at the condo. The unit was clean, centrally located in Ocean City, and the perfect size for my daughter and me. We used the grill several times, appreciated the stocked coffee, and found the host very responsive whenever we had questions.Unfortunately, I would likely not stay here again because of the parking situation. The assigned parking space is extremely small, and when neighboring spaces were occupied, it was difficult to get my daughter in and out of the car even when I was fully within the lines. The space also extends into a tight maneuvering area of the lot. During our stay, our rental car was struck and damaged while parked in the assigned space.We otherwise enjoyed the condo, but I think future guests—especially those traveling with children or driving a larger vehicle—should be aware of the very tight parking situation.

Perfect Room and Perfect Host!She thought of everything you could need in this room. Also very nicely decorated, it felt so comfortable. You are in a fantastic location as well. I would highly recommend a stay here. Perfect shore getaway for a small family or a couple. Added this photo so you can see their is also a section to hang clothes, hamper for dirties and a chifforobe for storage and extra bedding. Not kidding when I say she thought of everything! Definitely staying again! So organized too! I have stayed in 4 rooms at this location and hands down this has been my best room experience!

Extremely clean, well stocked, everything works, great communication and 100 percent reliable.Never an issue. Fabulous location. But it's not meant for more than 4 people. It's small but perfect as you don't stay inside much when on vacation! I can't say enough nice things about the host or her place. I truly mean that!
