The ocean is calling all beach & board-walkers. Come stay in my freshly painted cozy studio with updated floors and all you need for an instant beach vacation. Ocean City has Activities and weekend events all year long. Check out OCNJ app for details. Walk to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place 2 blocks to 9th&boardwalk&2 blocks to Asbury Ave shops&restaurants. Studio has a kitchen, coffee/tea, creamers,sweeteners, granola bars, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Pack your bags for an stress-free get away. Rental includes linens for queen&pullout, extra blankets, bath/beach towels,beach toys, chairs, umbrella. The Ocean is always here for serene contemplation and toe tickling fun no matter the time of year. 2nd floor unit in 2-story building with no elevator. Updated Small studio condo with 1 queen bed, 1 sofa pull out queen bed and mini kitchen with full kitchen amenities. Perfect size for an individual, couple, or small family, 4 humans max, 4 adults is tight. The building is 2-stories, there is no elevator and the unit is on 2nd floor
