Open the sliders that lead you out to our beautiful lanai oasis and experience the fun and relaxation you've been dreaming of! You’ll love the peaceful neighborhood where you can take a relaxing stroll or a short drive to gorgeous parks and beaches (Beautiful Boca Grande/ Gasparilla island 15 min., Englewood Beach 15 min. drive, Don Pedro and Myakka State Parks both a 15 min.) as well as bars, restaurants and golf courses. Grab a coffee or a glass of wine and listen to the tropical birds chirping by the pool or head inside your for a cozy fun game/movie evening by the fire.
