About this property

Pet-Friendly Studio With Fireplace And Air-Conditioning

The Tepee is a cozy studio cabin on Big St. Germain Lake with a fireplace. It is the perfect cabin for a romantic getaway & a great alternative to staying in a hotel with your own pier and right on the lake. The cabin is good for couples, solo adventurers & furry friends. We have a sandy beach for swimming and a community fire pit for campfires. The firewood is provided for the fireplace and fire pit. It is a great location for enjoying all that northern Wisconsin has to offer all year round.

The cabin has a screened in porch for relaxing without the bugs. There is a full kitchen. There is a ceiling fan and air conditioning in the cabin. We have cable television and a dvd player. The bathroom has a shower & plenty of hot water! Outside there is a picnic table and charcoal grill. We have lots of room for trailer parking right by your cabin.

You have access to the resort grounds and your own private pier with a bench. You can enjoy the lake with over 1600 acres and a small island with a sand bar. There are 2 other small lakes that connect to Big St. Germain that you can access. There are also 3 bar/restaurants on the lake.

The cabin is located in a small resort setting. There are other rental cabins on the property. There are miles of snowmobile, atv & bicycle trails in every direction right outside you door. There are also numerous cross country ski, snowshoeing and hiking trails in the area. Ice fishing is available right in front of your cabin.

We offer fishing boat, canoe, kayak, paddle boat & pontoon rentals. There is a game room, volleyball/badminton court, swing set, horse shoes & tether ball. We have a screened in fish cleaning house for you to use.

Beautiful cabin on the lake

Perfect size for a family. 10 feet from the lake, with a amazing view from the windows inside. Wild life all around. Stay nice and warm with the fireplace. five minutes away from a grocery store. Plenty of activities in only 15 to 20 minutes away from three great city’s that have amazing stores to shop.

The property is well represented. It is clean and cozy and we had a fabulous time atv'ing in the area and spending time at the local establishments. The property manager was very friendly and accommodating.

This quaint little cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway. While the property is obviously not brand-new, it's clean and snug. It was exactly what we were looking for.

The perfect little getaway

The teepee cabin was the perfect little getaway spot for my husband and I. So close to the state forest we walked there and hiked around the trails. Added bonus of a little fireplace and provided wood.

Outstanding location

Pretty much a perfect stay. The cabin is 100% as advertised. I've never had a more peaceful trip in my life. Woke up to multiple deer outside my window every morning, never heard a peep from any other visitors. The mgr made checking in and checking out a breeze. My first VRBO stay was a dream compared to any hotel I've ever stayed in.

We had a good stay with beautiful weather. The site is lovely, peaceful and well kept. The "Teepee", our cabin, was adequate in the functional sense but was not as clean and kept up as we had expected.

Very relaxing cabin

We stayed here for a couple nights and it was such a great getaway. Loved having a charcoal barbecue and the wood fireplace to keep us warm. Close to the town of St. Germain and a couple of bars. Kelly was great and met us out at the property to get us the keys and answered our questions.
