Lg Family Friendly 4 BD, Heated Pool, 12Min To The Strip

As you enter this wonderful home, you will be greeted by beautiful open space and room for all . The updated kitchen is amazing and has enough room to entertain a large group. Right outside the window is the barbecue grill, with a buffet for all your cookouts. The heated pool will provide endless entertainment. If you’re not a swimmer enjoy the game room, featuring a poker table and foosball with a 55 inch TV with vintage arcade for all your entertainment needs. The upstairs offers four bedrooms away from all of the chaos to catch up on some much needed sleep, each room features its own TV. At night enjoy movies in the family room with a large 65 inch TV. For a night on the town there are plenty of amenities and several restaurants/bars close by. Tons of recreational activities as well; Helicopter Tours, Skydiving, NASCAR Driving Experience, Lake Mead, Hover Dam, and all that the world famous Las Vegas Strip has to offer, which is only a 12 minute drive.

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a big group in Vegas for the NFR and this place was perfect. We started every morning in the hot tub/pool. The outdoor space is fabulous as we used the grill and enjoyed the nice weather. The beds were comfortable and the large closets were greatly appreciated since we stayed for 10 days. The host is easy to work with and I would love to stay again!!

The house was great! Big bedrooms, lots of space. Huge kitchen and the pool and backyard were a nice place to cool off and relax. This was a perfect home base for all of our on strip activities and surrounding Las Vegas outings. The owner was quick to respond and the house was as advertised and worked out great for us.

Why they chose this property

With this property you’re close enough to the strip that you can get there quickly with a reasonable uber, but far enough that it feels like home. If you want to go to a casino and avoid the strip, Boulder Station, Sunset Station and Sams Town are all large casinos with fun entertainment and food courts that are about 10 min away. These casinos are just off the 515 hwy. Sams Club and Walmart are within walking Distance of the house.
