Three bedroom, two 1/2 bath family home with large wrap around deck, private lower patio with grilling area, and a hot tub with outdoor shower.
Bonus family room upstairs with sleeper couch.
No special events (bachelor, bachelorette, etc) unless discussed and agreed upon with owners.
House sleeps 8 comfortably with three bedrooms (twin room and queen room downstairs, California king upstairs)
All linens and towels provided.
This house is your perfect family get away- 10 minutes to East Hampton and Montauk, walking distance to the famous LUNCH (home of the lobster roll) and Clam Bar, and walking distance to a private beach!
