Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure stove, oven, coffee maker and AC are all off
Check out is at 10am. Please inquire ahead of time if a possible late check-out is available if needed.
Leave Gate Remote on the kitchen counter. $200 fee for missing remotes. Please text us that you have departed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely No Smoking in the home, on the lanai or on the entry path. Proof of ID required for bookings arriving 30 days or less.
All guests must sign the Guest Rental Agreement w/in 24 hours after booking. For last minute bookings, agreement must be signed before entry info sent
