The house was absolutely beautiful, the hot tub and patio area are super cozy, and the host was truly wonderful. We never had any issues whatsoever, will definitely be coming back next time we visit!

The house is tastefully decorated, and welcoming. Parking is quite limited. We only had one car, a midsize SUV; it would have been challenging to have another and not stick out into the street. The location was very nice.

All with this property is as advertised online. It is a very nice and smartly appointed home perfect for a small family / group. The house had everything needed for a stay in beautiful St. Augustine and for trips to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Through booking…to the arrival…to the departure, the host stayed in touch and made sure everything was going to our liking. House was short distance to St Augustine Fish Camp and from the St Augustine Distillery. When we walked in the decor was amazing! Hot tub out back got used everyday after sight seeing which made the trip very relaxing! The entire house was super clean! Cabinets stocked with all the essentials for dining in if you don’t like the crowds. Would definitely recommend again!

What a beautiful home to spend Christmas in! The thoughtful interior was fun and well appointed. A quick walk to downtown let us enjoy the area while still offering peace and quiet during the holiday. The beds are VERY comfy, and when we had a question about the hot tub they helped us cheerfully. Our stay was wonderful, and I’d love to know who designed the house decor… good job!

We stayed at the designer spa retreat in St. Augustine for our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint! The walk to the downtown area was convenient and fun, and the hosts were responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions or concerns. And that hot tub! What a treat. Excellent property! Owners were so responsive, helpful & generous. Place was well appointed, cozy, an easy walk to downtown, the water, the chocolate factory, distillery, winery, the lights & a trolley stop right up the street. Highly recommend to families & close friends. Only tiny mention was the open space above the bathrooms & bedrooms where a transom window would be; possibly for airflow but could hear outside the bedrooms, bathrooms have vent fans so there is noise cover. It worked out perfectly for our close nit group & the place was just as pictured & described, awesome hot tub! Would stay there again, DEFINITELY!
