Great stay!
Short version: Everything was great! We’d gladly stay at this cabin again. Long version: If you enjoy fishing and hiking (and beautiful views), you’d be hard pressed to find a better spot. And if you enjoy eating, there’s a market about 20 minutes away in Island Park, as well as two in West Yellowstone (25 minutes)! Though we cooked most of our meals at the cabin, there are restaurants in both Island Park and West Yellowstone, as well as various spots along the highways in the area. We stayed at this cabin all summer and never tired of the fishing and hiking in the area. We explored various areas of Yellowstone National Park, Harriman State Park, Henry’s Fork, etc. The location really is well situated for anything you’d want to do in that part of the world. The cabin was well stocked (paper goods, soaps, pots, pans, towels, cleaning supplies, etc.), and everything was clean and in working order. Additionally, the owners are kind and attentive. Because we were there all summer, they checked in on us occasionally to make sure things were going well. All communication pre-and-during our stay was easy and efficient. We’d love to go back!

Amazing Place!
First off, the place was spotless when we arrived. It couldn't have been cleaner. Check-in was really easy. Initial impression when arriving at the property was that the views are incredible. You're surrounded by mountain ranges in every direction and beautiful lake views off the front patio. But that shouldn't take anything away from the property itself. Its a newer construction with great natural light, high ceilings, and an architectural style that is really well suited for the area. We stayed here with our two young kids and their grandparents. All of us slept comfortably with some room in the loft to spare. If you're interested in fly fishing, this place has it. In every direction. I often found myself struggling to decide where to fish each day because every place I had fished the day before was amazing, but I also wanted to see new water. I rarely fished the same water twice during our stay and all of it was fantastic. We took day trips from the house to Big Sky, Yellowstone National Park, The Tetons/Jackson Hole, Red Rock Wildlife Refuge and Hebgen Lake. Some are a little further than others, but all can definitely be done in a day. Especially Yellowstone. The evenings are really quiet and peaceful. Stars are amazing. perfect setting for drinks on the patio. Grill off the front of the house is great. Neighbors are well spaced, quiet and friendly. It's worth noting this place is in a pretty remote area on the Idaho/Montana border. It might not be for everyone, but it suited us perfectly coming from a big city and wanting to unplug. If you're looking for bigger city amenities, you certainly won't find them here. We prepared for that by shopping ahead to have everything we needed going in. The place and location ended up being everything we were looking for - peace and solitude. I've stayed at multiple VRBOs and Airbnbs across the country. LaVon is the easily the best property manager I've communicated with. She was beyond helpful and accommodating to us. You could tell how much time, hard work and thought went into the house upon arrival. She was really excited to make sure we enjoyed the experience as much as I can only assume her own family does. Communication was always timely and helpful. If I had this amount of time to stay here again, I would. Left with lots of great memories that will last a lifetime.

Super nice cottage
The location was perfect for us as fishermen. This cottage located almost ideal place to go both the Henry's Fork and the Madison. But even if you are not fishermen/women, this cottage is strongly recommendable, because it is newly built, and has 6 beds. We can find so many other cottages which can hold 6 persons, but it is difficult to find 6 beds. It is difficult to point out one best thing about this cottage, because everything is fine, but if I have to, I will say the view from the cottage. Every evening during the dinner, we sighed" If I could have this like cottage". But we can have it! Strongly recommendable 5 stars cottage.
