I chose this Tempe neighborhood because it blends a calm, residential feel with easy access to the best of the Valley. You’re close to ASU, Mill Avenue, and Tempe Town Lake, with quick connections to the 101/202 and a short drive to Sky Harbor. You can take morning walks by the lake, sunsets at Papago Park/Hole‑in‑the‑Rock, and enjoy the food scene—from local coffee shops to family‑friendly restaurants. On game or concert days, you can reach ASU venues, Tempe Diablo, or downtown Phoenix without crossing half the city. Our street stays peaceful after dark and the neighbors are great—please help keep it that way by observing quiet hours.
