Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home.

Guests will be able to enter the house using the front door keypad.

Other things to note
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood so we kindly request no events or parties.

The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for.

The home shall not be used by more than the number of children and adults listed on the reservation

The home cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings.

The pool is not fenced/gated. Any use of the pool is at the risk of the guest. Diving is not recommended.

The pool is not heated.

No smoking/vaping inside the home.
