Our host Brittany is the best we had anything we could have wished for. This is a dream home away from home. We were in town for our sons wedding and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each other and it is cozy and warm. Just a short drive to everything in Litchfield . Want to relax and enjoy your vacation Its a Shore Thing ! Thank you Brittany you are the best Joan , Mark and the family

When we first visited Pawleys Island, we stayed in the North Litchfield Beach neighborhood because it's walkable to the beach, so much character, quiet, and beautiful. We fell in love and that's how we found this place!

What makes this property unique

It's so beautiful, sleeps 12 people and set up so well to host your family and friends. It's so close to the beach that you can enjoy your whole day at the beach and take breaks to go back to the house for snacks.
