Eden Hill is a quiet area, being only 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minute's drive to the city and only minutes by car to the train station. A multi cuisine food experience and the local IGA are only a 5 min walk down the road and only a 10 min drive away from the extensive variety of the Swan Valley wineries.
Plenty of open space to walk and exercise only being 50m away from the local park, with free outdoor gym equipment to use.

Great quiet escape
