This single level, prime location, corner unit offers 4 pools, 2 spas, barbecues, ping-pong, exercise room & tennis, most within just a few steps away. Unit location is 5 minutes to downtown Palm Springs to shop, dine & play. The award winning Indian Canyon Golf Resort is just 1.8 miles away. This condo features a recently installed air conditioning & heating unit, fireplace, breathtaking shuttered window views and large ceiling fans throughout. TV & wireless internet are also included. Additional deposit, references & renter's insurance may be required upon request.

60 Day Notice Cancellation Policy Exception: if you must cancel your reservation, you may contact me to see if the unit is able to be re-rented to another occupant during the time of your scheduled stay. My re-renting the unit may allow you a partial refund or a full refund. I will do my assist however, this re-renting option and refund is entirely at my discretion and is not guaranteed.

The person whose name is on the reservation (considered the responsible party) must be present at the time of check-in and produce valid ID. If the responsible party will not be present at the time of check in, a copy of your photo ID must be sent in 4 days prior to arrival to confirm identity and age.
EVERYONE MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER IN ORDER TO STAY AT ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES, unless the parents of the guests under 25 are staying at the house also.

Great Place!

Cindy's condo is actually better than advertised. Perhaps the nicest place I've stayed in Palm Springs. The beds are comfortable and this upper end unit is very very quiet. The mountain view from the living room and deck is wonderful. You can watch the sunrise paint the mountains red-orange-yellow in the morning right from your bed. The pool and jacuzzi are extra nice. I used the nice clean pool-side gas grills a lot. My guests all commented on how nice the unit and the complex were. I should buy a unit here.

I have always enjoyed Palm Springs. I love to golf and the sun. Our closeness to the mountains cuts out the gusty desert winds. We're located close to downtown, so one can join in on the excitement or opt out. The pool mountain views are quite beautiful. Our prideful neighbors and Association take very good care of everything in our community. Most guests return year-after-year and have developed a special family of friends here.

4.8 Star Reviews! This is an upscale unit, with nice amenities, and clean. I commonly rent to multi-month seasonal renters. Most often seniors, who own their own property(s) and respect nice things. Result: my quality renters appreciate this. You will note the colors and décor are bright, yet soothing and relaxing. All furnishings are upscale and of 4-5 star standard. This prime location, single level floor plan has it all; views, upgraded furnishings, 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, golf within minutes and tennis /pickleball courts on site. The pool, barbecues, recreation room and laundry are also just a few steps from your front door. This home offers the best of Palm Springs.

Outside: the views are gorgeous from this corner location. Laundry, pools, barbecue, and exercise rooms are just within a few steps.
Inside: I've added lovely plantation shutters and a corner fireplace for ambiance. Upscale ceiling fans are in each room to circulate fresh desert air in lieu of air conditioning.
