Welcome to our Palm Springs vacation home. Features 2 bedrooms (Queen size Beds) and 2 full bathrooms and was completely refreshed in 2012 and again in 2021with new flooring, new stove, fridge (ice maker), and dishwasher. Complete with 55 inchTV with HD cable and outside patio for pre dinner cocktails or simply enjoying winding down after another great day in Palm Springs. Price includes phone, (long distance in US and Canada), WiFi and A/C. Laundry facilities on a pay basis just a short walk from the unit in the complex.

Fabulous stay for month of Dec 23

Scot and Mark’s place is great! Comfortable and has everything you may need, just like being at home except with mountains and palm trees. Great communication- Scot was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and sheets (bath sheets not tiny towels!) Overall was fully supplied, with updated kitchen and it even has a robo vac! The location was within walking distance (30 min) to downtown and 8 minutes to groceries. We found the neighbours friendly and welcoming.The pool facilities were nice, the fruit trees and hummingbirds a bonus. It was great for 2 couples, but I wouldn’t recommend for a family with children as furniture and fixtures are more high end. Can’t wait to stay again!

SPECTACULAR APARTMENT WITH ALL ONE COULD WISH FOR TO ENJOY YOU HOME FROM HOME

Words and photos do not adequately describe this condo. All the way from the immaculate furnishings to the well stocked kitchen, Bathrooms and Bedrooms and Living and Dining areas. There has been a great deal of consideration given by Scot and Mark as to what guests would like and appreciate. Nothing has been overlooked . Sadly, I succumbed to the "Flu " two weeks after my arrival and Scot even arranged for a friend living in the complex to deliver "Flu Medication " when NONE was to be had in Palm Springs Pharmacy. Loved sitting on the Patio with my coffee in the morning, watching the Humming Birds squabble over " Owners Rights " to the Feeder. Scot was so fast in replying to any inquiries I made. Never have I had such prompt service from any of the other VRBO Owner. Anyone who books this property will certainly not be disappointed and be ecstatic with what they receive in both accommodations and kindness and friendliness of the Owners. Thank You so much Scot it was a delight. Cheers. Bill.

horrible the worst vacation ever

We rented this place for a family vacation. Our stay was a real nightmare! We will never forget ! Indeed, there is a neighbor, well known to the owner! Who obviously has a long-standing conflict with the residence and the other owners! Because of this dispute, the neighbor keeps threatening people! we suffered real harassment! Permanent insults, and obscene gestures on his part! On top of all that, he and his companion hid behind the trees, behind their windows to film us every day! take pictures of us while we were in the pool! We asked around and it turns out that all the neighbors had suffered the same problems! We contacted the owner and asked to be reimbursed, wanting to leave this place as soon as possible! Given the seriousness of the facts, we could not even rest in the pool, this goodbye character constantly taking pictures of us, making obscene gestures at us, yelling at us, we no longer wanted to go to the pool! Our stay was totally ruined! I regret that the owner who knew this problem rents his accommodation in such conditions, because we had the worst vacation of our lives! In addition, the owner who had agreed to reimburse us, then blackmailed us, forced us to sign a document to prevent us from putting our opinion! Which is dishonest and illegal, we didn't want to sign such a document! But we were forced to, and against our will we were forced by the owner to sign his document in order to recover only part and not all of our payment! In view of the moral suffering suffered, the least we could have done was to reimburse us in full! And not to force us by blackmail signed such an illegal document! When we have suffered so much! We were therefore forced to sign this document, being the constraint of an owner who does not want us to report the real facts, otherwise he refused to reimburse us when we had left the premises, which is not very honest! It is our right to say honestly what happened to us, and we in private did not have normal, with that we were not fully reimbursed, and in addition Abritel who had to reimburse us for the costs did not. just not done! Abritel encourages vacationers to submit their reviews! But did not refund or help for us to be reimbursed! In the end, we paid a lot of money to stay in accommodation without being able to go out or rest at the pool for fear of meeting this neighbor, and only recovered part of our Abritel money, which was to reimburse us for the costs, simply changed o

Perfectly Palm Springs

Could not have been happier with our month long stay here! The neighborhood, condo decor & amenities, comfort and communication were well beyond expectations. My partner and I visit the area from NYC at least twice a year and would buy this place fully furnished if it was ever available. Scot is a gem and we will definitely be planning our next trip around their availability.

We love to sit on the patio at the end of the day and reflect on how wonderful the Palm Springs community welcomes everyone and the easy accessibility our unit has to all the services we have within walking distance. We have a pleasant view of our pool from the balcony but the view is somewhat restricted to the mountains unless you step out beyond the balcony.

Our suite is practically next to the pool. No stairs to climb.
