This place is amazing. The owners have thought of everything for a luxurious stay. The decor is well thought out and simply beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to really enjoy what it had to offer. The house is around 20 minutes from interstate 81. The views from the roads to get house are breathtaking. Quite a lovely overnight stay.

For whatever reason brings you to the area…this is the place to stay! This place is perfect down to every last detail. If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, upscale and overall comfortable place to stay then search no more. Quiet safe neighborhood and when you’re inside the house you feel like you’re staying at a spa. Host is responsive and goes out of her way to make you feel at home! Definitely coming back!

Absolutely adorable house in a quiet neighborhood with comfy bedrooms. It is one of the very best rentals I’ve stay in. There were even snacks left for us and a beautiful live bouquet and house was very clean. The owner was delightful and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend. I hope to stay again in a couple months. We enjoyed a nice girls getaway with wine tastings,antiques and thrift stores around the area.

This house is just as beautiful in person as it looks in the pictures! What a treat it was for my two children to experience it and everything in the area. I highly recommend the grand caverns tour (it’s straight down the road! so close!). Even my five year-old was able to enjoy it. If you have kids I recommend Blackrock Summit Trail at Shenandoah. The trail itself is right on the mountain side of Grottoe’s but of course you have to go through one of the entrances to Shenandoah national Park. I also recommend Ruby‘s arcade in Harrisonburg. Go early when they open at 4 PM and your kids will have the place mostly to themselves for a little bit. They had so much fun! Another small highlight was eating lunch at Little Gus’s (right down the street). They sat at the bar which they thought was fun. Back to the house, I appreciate how easy the TVs were to operate. Nothing like watching Minecraft videos on YouTube but in a nicer and much cleaner house LOL. This house has Christmas vibes even when it’s not decorated for Christmas so bring the Christmas pajamas a few props and do a mini photo shoot on the dark green couches like I did. My son says for me to add “It’s the best house ever!”.

What a cute, beautiful and spacious cabin. We were here for a short visit and loved it. Very clean and comfortable. Erin our host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommended and would stay here again! Thank you Erin!
